Evening Forest Leaguers,
I hope you’re all looking forward to getting our season underway at Longhope on Tuesday.
Just one last reminder of the difference in rules to the Summer League.
- No refreshments provided.
- Host skip tosses a coin to determine which mat the host team will play on.
- No penalty for jack off the mat except for the last end, then it’s 3 shots away. There is no option to replay the end.
- Shot difference counts for nothing.
- Games can be conceded at any time. If a game is conceded you just draw a line through the last end on the scorecard.
- There are no bonus points, 4 points for a win, 2 points for a draw.
- No forms to fill in, just scorecards back to me please. Email’s fine.
- If a player is late arriving and a team starts to play with three players, the late player can join the game at the beginning of the next end. They do not have to wait till the end of the game.
- The fee for the evening is £16 per team.
Hopefully these will keep the evening moving along smoothly.
