Evening Forest Leaguers,
As all hope of an Indian Summer gradually sinks into the ever rising floodwaters and the lingering memories of warm, lazy days fade into the gathering storm clouds of autumn’s decrepitude, we find ourselves venturing into the depths of the wooded uplands of Yorkley for our first encounter of the season.
Peter opened the evening with a very warm welcome to our new participants, Huntley Oaks, and a reminder to everyone of the differing rules from the Summer League competition.
Battle duly commenced and the results are as follows;

A tremendous evening of bowls to open the season and after some very hard fought matches, we have Huntley Oaks at the top of the League. Well done, the Oaks!
