{"id":813,"date":"2025-04-03T13:03:10","date_gmt":"2025-04-03T12:03:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/forest\/?p=813"},"modified":"2025-04-03T13:03:10","modified_gmt":"2025-04-03T12:03:10","slug":"will-sealey-gave-us-a-demonstration-in-how-to-play-lead","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mysmbc.uk\/forest\/2025\/04\/03\/will-sealey-gave-us-a-demonstration-in-how-to-play-lead\/","title":{"rendered":"Will Sealey gave us a demonstration in how to play lead"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Morning Forest Leaguers,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A very enjoyable evening&#8217;s bowling with the Badgers and Weasels hoovering up points each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The highlight of the evening was Will Sealey giving us a demonstration in how to play lead, with his first five bowls of the evening all collecting some chalk!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now we have completed the fixtures, the play-offs position is as follows;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Championships<\/strong> at Huntley on April 30th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Badgers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Squirrels&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Falcons&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wombles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Plate Finals<\/strong> at FOD on April 14th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Weasels&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stags &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; (Stags and Foxes finished on equal points, so Stags go through on more games won.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Eliminators<\/strong> at Westbury on April 9th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Foxes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oaks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kestrels&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acorn&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The two top teams on the night will progress to the plate finals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All competitions will be played to a result, penalty shootouts if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I hope all this makes sense, any problems please contact me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regards,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mike E<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Morning Forest Leaguers, A very enjoyable evening&#8217;s bowling with the Badgers and Weasels hoovering up points each.
