Our roving Forest reporter, shortly to become our overseas correspondent, reports another great evening of enjoyable competitive bowling.<\/p>\n
In the first round of matches, the Foxes were at their rampaging best, savaging the Squirrels 15 – 1. On the other mat, the Wombles tidied up the Buzzards 10 – 6.<\/p>\n

In the next round the Squirrels came storming back with a emphatic win overwhelming the poor Wombles 11 – 1. In the other encounter, the Foxes were at it again, this time making a meal of the Buzzards 10 – 6.<\/p>\n

In the final round the Foxes' run of success ran out of steam as they were Wombled 9 – 4. Bringing proceedings to a close, the Squirrels and Buzzards went head to head in a very close affair, with the Squirrels carrying the day 8 – 6.<\/p>\n
